Using a shop’s full-day average blend of Open Door GP$ Volume, this tool allows you to price large parts, like engine jobs, and go to the bank with the same average $’s you normally take to the bank with the “gravy” jobs. It’s about the GP$’s and not necessarily about the GP%’s.
